So, this is an interesting podcast because I'm going behind the scenes and talking to one of the key researchers at Restoration Robotics and Venus Concept, and his name is Oggie Petrovic. Now, if you remember, I've interviewed him in the past. And so now I'm going to go a little bit more specifics on the new ARTAS iX system. It's a little bit of confusing nomenclature here because the previous system was called the "Artas 9" and "iX" in Roman Numerals is nine, as well. So, when patients ask for the latest system, oftentimes they'll ask for the nine or the iX, but generally speaking, it's the IX. It's a completely different system.
So we're gonna talk heads to tails, what's going on? What's new with the system? What's coming up? And what are the capabilities of the system things we're gonna ask is it worth it for patients to get this? What's the upgrade? What kind of technology do they put into this? Oggie has a lot of experience in an area that I'm not as familiar with, which is including engineering, software engineering and robotics. So super excited to share this information with you.
